• During delivery, Ashley is responsible for any goods while in transit. Any damages will be at our cost.
• Your purchase will be moved into position in your home, unwrapped and assembled as part of the delivery service by our professional and trained delivery staff.
If you do not wish to make use of our delivery service, you can make arrangements to collect your order yourself from our warehouse in uMhlanga, Durban. Please speak to your sales consultant or contact usto make arrangements for self-collection.
To help us get your furniture into its new home, please check that the dimensions of the product you have purchased is such that your furniture will be able to fit through any doorways, hallways and staircases as well as the space into which it will be placed. All our furniture measurements are available online and if you should need help to not hesitate to get in contact where our helpful sales team will assist you to ensure your furniture fits into its new home. Should your furniture not fit (either in its intended place or into your home) a 10% cancellation fee may apply on your refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
